Bandits are now in Lagos – Man shares chilling tale of how he was almost beheaded by kidnappers [video]

A Nigerian man has raised the alarm about an alleged invasion of Lagos by bandits after he was nearly beheaded around Lekki area by kidnappers.

The man who identified as a skate coach, said that he’d boarded a bus at the Lekki-Ikoyo link bridge in Lagos state but realized the vehicle was being gassed in the course of the ride.

He’d swiftly used a handkerchief to stifle the smoke hence didn’t lose consciousness like the other passengers.

The bandits had then stopped the bus and attempted to kill him in multiple ways but were unsuccessful due to his ‘fortifications’.

The skate coach stated that the location of his kidnap from a highly rated area of Lagos showed that the state had been infiltrated.

Meanwhile the Lagos state police command has commenced investigation into the event.
