Popular Nigerian musician Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk aka Iyanya, has explained why he pushed a man off stage in Awka, Anambra while performing.
In a video trending online, Iyanya could be seen pushing offstage, an Anambra big boy who had been spraying him money while performing.
The singer had immediately gone back to performing after the man had fallen to the ground.

While explaining the incident via his Twitter page, Iyanya revealed that the man had been slapping his face with the notes and had refused ti stop despite him pleading. This led to the push.
He added that no matter the amount, it was not right to slap people’s faces with money while spraying them.
He wrote:
The guy kept slapping my face with the money and I tried to hold his hand and he continued. First no matter how much you are spraying, don’t slap someone with it, that’s disrespectful.
