A female student at the University of Abuja, UNIABUJA, has caused a stir after she set a hostel ablaze.
The unstable young woman could be seen staring on as the fire caught and spread across the place.
Dockaysworld learnt that the yet-to-be-identified student had also barred others from trying to douse the flames.
