Controversial Nigerian musician Darlington Okoye popularly known as Speed Darlington, has said that fans should pay him to be a celebrity.
The rapper made this known at an interview with The Honest Bunch as he said that the burden was on fans to maintain his lifestyle.
While the hosts including Nedu countered him, Speedy insisted that the fans could hug anyone on the streets yet they chose to hug him, hence they had to pay him for the access.

He went on to say that he only makes music for rich people as he’d refused to put his music on certain platforms that are free and not for the wealthy.
