Members of terror group, the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, have continued to wreak havoc across the southeast in the name of their detained leader Nnamdi Kanu.
The terrorists have now ramped up efforts to create fear and incite violence by attacking all in the region over their sit-at-home week declaration by the de facto leader Simon Ekpo who resides in Finland.
Dockaysworld reports that videos of the attacks and harm have gone viral online with the gunmen flogging pupils who had been writing exams including their teachers.
The assailants had also attacked traders and farmers while destroying their produce and harming their chances at livelihood.
