Just In: Rapper Oladips Dies At 28

Popular Nigerian Rapper, Oladipupo Oladimeji, also known as Oladips is dead.

The rapper’s management disclosed his death in a statement on his official Instagram page earlier today.

According to his management, the rapper died on Tuesday evening at exactly 10:14 p.m., and the family of the deceased have requested to respect their privacy.

The statement reads:

“We are saddened to inform the general public that Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji aka 0LADIPS has passed away yesterday Nov’14th Tuesday evening, at exactly 10:14 pm. We are still in shock as we speak! For over 2 years he has kept his battles within himself, his body is now with his family & funeral services will be announced as it is concluded!
The family asked that we respect their privacy in this trying time. May God give us all the fortitude to bear this great loss. (amen).- Management.”

The rapper was reportedly rushed to the hospital late yesterday in a video circulated online, where he was heard asking his friend to send him to the hospital.

He allegedly passed away while he was being rushed to the hospital.

Oladips also posted a message to his Instagram story yesterday, asking his friend who went out to get him drugs when returning home.
