Former iconic broadcaster for the NTA News Network, Aishah Bello Mustapha is dead and will be buried later today

Aishah Bello-Mustapha, a former iconic broadcaster for the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) Network News is dead.

Aishah was reported dead in the early hours of today though the cause of death was not made public.

According to reports, the funeral prayer will take place later today at 1 p.m. in the National Mosque in Abuja.

Aishah Bello Mustapha was the General Manager of NTA Parliament and was among the popular newscasters on NTA Network News at 9 p.m. in the ’90s and early 20’s.

The late Aishah retired in May 2022 after thirty-five years in service.

The statement reads:

“Innalilahi wa inna Alaihin Rajiun. May Allah forgive our Mother Hajia Aishat Bello Mustapha.

Mama indeed you are a very kind hearted person. We will miss you and hope you are enjoying Rahma. Funeral Prayer to hold in central mosque Abuja 1pm on Monday 11th December 2023.”
