Shocking Truth Behind Mr Ibu’s Heartbreaking Death


Renowned Nollywood actor and comedian, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Evercare Hospital in Lagos.

The 62-year-old veteran, celebrated for his comedic performances, reportedly succumbed to a cardiac arrest.

Mr Ibu, born on October 17, 1961, in Umunekwu, Enugu State, had battled illness, revealing his struggle with a suspected diabetes-related ailment since October 2023.

Despite an amputation to address an infection in his ankle arteries, the actor’s health declined.
