The autopsy conducted on the body of the late Ifeanyi, son of David Adeleke aka Davido, has confirmed that he died as a result of drowning.
The Lagos State Police Command on Saturday made this known through the public relations officer Benjamin Hundeyin, who disclosed the information to journalists.
Hundeyin said,
“Autopsy has been concluded. It confirms the boy (Ifeanyi) drowned.”
Recall that the police had detained two Davido staff including the chef and the nanny, out of the initial 8 that were called for questioning.
They duo had assumed that the boy had been with the other when he’d been missing for a considerable time. He was later discovered dead in the pool where he’d apparently wandered into.
As of the time of filing this report, the nanny and cook were said to still be in detention.
