BBNaija: “How my daughter abandoned us after winning N100 million” – Phyna’s father

The father of BBNaija reality TV star, Phyna, has come forward with accusations of neglect by his daughter following her victory in the 2022 BBNaija ‘Level Up’ edition, where she claimed the N100 million prize.

Phyna’s parents, who have not seen their daughter since her win, expressed their distress in a recent interview.

Felix Otabor, Phyna’s father, shared his disappointment, stating that he hasn’t had any contact with her since she left the BBNaija house.

Otabor, who works as a hearse driver, revealed that Phyna had promised to change his life after winning the reality show.

She urged him to sell his old cars, with the intention of replacing them with new ones.

In an effort to comply with her wishes, he sold his four cars and used the proceeds to renovate his house.

However, this decision led to a series of hardships for him, as he lost his means of livelihood and eventually his position as Vice-Chairman of his association.

He explained,

I am even looking for somebody who will give me a car on hire purchase. I need help; it has come to that point. I don’t want to die in silence.

Despite repeated attempts to contact his daughter, Otabor claims that she has not answered his calls, and her whereabouts remain unknown.

He added that he only sees her on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram when she shares new photos.

The situation has left Phyna’s family deeply distressed, and they are seeking answers to the reasons behind her alleged neglect.
