Bisola Ajimobi Kola-Daisi, the eldest daughter of the late former Oyo State governor, Abiola Ajimobi, has passed away.
According to Daily Post, she died in the early hours of Thursday at the age of 42 while in the United Kingdom.
Her death has left many shocked, especially given her active role in public service and her prominent family background.
Married to Kolapo Kola-Daisi, she had been serving as the Special Adviser to the Minister of Budget and Planning, Atiku Bagudu, before her untimely passing.
Her involvement in government affairs and her father’s political legacy made her a known figure, particularly in Oyo State.
Her father, Abiola Ajimobi, served as governor of Oyo State from 2011 to 2019.
He died in June 2020 due to complications from COVID-19.
