Fubara makes request from Rivers people concerning Tinubu


Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has called on the people of the state to come together, settle differences, and support President Bola Tinubu’s administration as Christians across the world mark the Easter celebration.

Fubara made the appeal in an Easter message shared on Saturday from Port Harcourt.

In his statement, he said Easter serves as a period for people to mend broken relationships and reflect on values such as peace, love, and togetherness.

He said the resurrection of Jesus Christ reminds believers that there is always hope, even in tough times.

While addressing the people of Rivers, the governor used the occasion to show his deep concern for their well-being.

He mentioned that no matter what challenges people face, they should never give up.

According to him, difficult moments do not last, and with faith and unity, a brighter future is possible.

He said his government remains focused on delivering good leadership and providing better living conditions for residents of the state.

He also praised their strength and dignity, stating that they deserve leadership that listens to their needs and works for their progress.

Governor Fubara also asked Rivers residents to keep supporting President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

He said moving forward will require working hand-in-hand as a people who believe in peace and development.

Fubara said the only way true change can happen is if everyone plays a part in building the society.

He ended his message by wishing all residents a joyful Easter celebration filled with peace, good health, and strength to keep going.
