Funke Akindele Biography
Funke Akindele was born in Ikorodu, Lagos State on the 24th August 1977.
She is of Yoruba descent and was raised in Lagos State by her parents.
Her father was a retired school principal and her mother, a medical doctor.
For high school, she attended Grace Children’s School in Gbagada, Lagos.
She went on to pursue her OND in Mass Communication from Moshood Abiola University, formerly Ogun State Polytechnic.
After obtaining her OND, she went even further to study law at the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos State.
Marriage
Funke Akindele has been married twice now.
Her first husband was Adeola Kehinde Oloyede, the marriage was held on the 26th of May 2012.
However, it came to a quick end in 2013 when the couple separated due to irreconcilable differences.
Her second marriage was to ex-musician, JJC Skillz. They got married in 2016 and conceived twin children in 2018.
