A Philadelphia rapper Rakim Hasheem Allen, aka PNB Rock, has been shot dead while out and about in Los Angeles during an alleged robbery.
He was 30 years old and leaves behind two young children.
A video of the rapper laying in a pool of his own b!ood surfaced online with many putting up prayers for him, hoping that he survived the incident.
Information about the assailants are yet to be determined but according to reports the rapper’s girlfriend Stephanie Sibounheuang, with whom he shared 2-year-old daughter Xuri, posted and deleted that they were eating at Roscoe’s on her Instagram Stories.
Police told reporters the victim was pronounced dead at a hospital at 1:59 p.m.
“The victim was sitting at a table eating with a female witness when he was approached by the suspect,” Los Angeles Police Capt. Kelly Muniz says in one of the clips below, without naming PnB Rock. “The suspect then brandished a firearm and demanded his property. … The suspect then fired multiple rounds and then appears to remove some property, to what extent we don’t know at this time.”
