The president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, has said that he has done his absolute best for the country and Nigerians during his tenure.
The president made this known in Washington at the as he welcomed during a courtesy visit by the Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Forum, Sheikh Al-Mahfoudh Bin Bayyah and his deputy, Pastor Bob Roberts of the US.
The President said he’d been working hard despite the huge population of the country and the nature of the problems he had to contented with.
The President‘s spokesman Garba Shehu made the president’s comments known in a statement released to journalists.
He said;
