Guinness World Record holder and Chef, Hilda Baci has caused controversies online after sharing a recipe of jollof rice, which has fueled the ongoing debate on Ghanaians and Nigerian Jollof rice.

Hilda Baci, who had earlier expressed that Ghanaian jollof is unflavored, posted a tutorial on how to prepare Nigerian jollof on her official food business page, My Food by Hilda.

Reacting to the post, Ghanaians have expressed their doubts and criticism, with many questioning the taste and appearance of the Nigerian Jollof that she prepared in the video, while some came to the conclusion that the rice looked burnt.
