Julius Abure, the national chairman of the Labour Party, has been arrested in Benin, the Edo State capital.
Viral photos circulating on social media seen by Dockaysworld, captured the moment he was apprehended and whisked into the van by the police.
This arrest comes amidst a backdrop of a corruption scandal involving Abure.
