The Executive Committee and stakeholders of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) in the North East zone have confirmed the dismissal of the presidential candidate of the party in the 2023 general elections, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso from the party.
The news was disclosed in a communique at the end of the North East executive and stakeholders meeting held in Bauchi earlier today.
The NNPP North East also expressed their displeasure with the Appeal Court’s judgment that sacked Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.
The NNPP National Vice Chairman North, Dr. Babayo Liman, in the communique read to journalists, promised continued support for the governor and called for unity among NNPP members nationwide.
