A Nollywood former actor of titular Nigerian character ‘Papa Ajasco’ Femi Ogunrombi has been confirmed dead, Dockaysworld has learnt.
The news was broke by Theatre practitioner Shaibu Husseini, who made the announcement via his Twitter page as he offered his condolences.
He however did not reveal the details fi the matter as he wished the late actor well there on.
Ogunrombi had taken over the role of Papa Ajasco after Abiodun Ayoyinka earlier portrayal.
Husseini wrote:
I have just been reliably informed that the ethnomusicologist, former Music Instructor with @NATIONALTROUPE and one time stand in for the ‘Papa Ajasco’ character on the popular @waleadenugaprod Comic Series
‘Papa Aiasco’ Mr. Femi Ogunrombi is DEAD!
