Popular Nigerian gospel singer Dele Gold dies


Popular Nigerian singer known for his Juju and Gospel songs, Dele Agbeyo alias Dele Gold is dead.

His death comes just a month after another gospel singer, Aduke Ajayi, also known as Aduke Gold died.

Dele passed away on Wednesday, September 11.

The real cause of the singer’s death cannot be ascertained but reports say he was ill.

His colleagues, including Titi Oguntoyinbo, Akinlabi Major, Alayoka Melody Singer, and Wonder Doyin Kujore, have confirmed the news.

Dele Gold, also known as the Miliki Gospel King, was originally from Usi in Ekiti State but spent his formative years in Faforiji, Osun State.

His musical journey was inspired by a series of dreams, and in 2019, he collaborated with the legendary Juju artist Chief Ebenezer Obey on one of his albums.
