The Anambra state student Mmesoma Ejikeme who has been embroiled in a ‘fake result’ controversy with JAMB over her Unified Tertiary Matriculation, UTME Result has finally admitted that she forged the results after repeatedly doubling down.
This was disclosed by the Committee of Inquiry set up by the Government of Anambra State to thoroughly investigate the matter, when it submitted submitted its findings to the state government.
In the committee report obtained by sighted by Dockaysworld, the panel wrote that “Ejikeme Joy Mmesoma admitted that she manipulated the fake results herself, using her phone.”
It is said that Mmesoma’s principal and others were left shocked after she finally admitted to the fraud but gave no reason for her actions.
The committee recommended that the schoolgirl tender an apology to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
The state Commissioner for Information, Paul Nwosu, confirmed the submission of the panel’s report in a release on Friday.
He said,
“The Committee of Inquiry set up by the Government of Anambra State to thoroughly investigate the JAMB/Mmesoma’s matter has submitted its report
“Find attached below the unadulterated detailed report.”
The report had attached more proof of Mmesoma’s fraud including receipts from the service provider when Mmesoma got her actual results.
