The worsening flood in Nigeria has seen numerous victims adapt to submerged regions with some having to use life jackets to access their homes.

In a trending video seen online by Dockaysworld, a man can be seen with a life jacket on, swimming into his house.

This has been the case for numerous Nigerians in different regions ranging from North to South.

In the video, the man’s submerged couch can be seen floating slightly in the high waters.

Many have expressed fear at possible deadly animals within the water as some creatures have washed up recently while others worry about electricity and power hazards.

Recall, a married man and father cried out just recently about having to live their lives in half submerged homes and shops.

Many others have also been affected including a farmer in Bayelsa where his chickens have died of flood or bird flu.
