The Delta State Police Command has arrested two suspects linked to the brutal murder of a 10-year-old girl, one of a set of triplets, in a heart-wrenching crime that has sent shockwaves through the community.
In a statement shared on Monday via his official X (formerly Twitter) account, the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bright Edafe, detailed the events leading to the arrests.
Alongside a video of the suspects’ interrogation, Edafe revealed that the victim was deceived by her sister’s boyfriend, who lured her to two men.

The men then killed her with a machete, allegedly promising the boyfriend ₦200,000 as payment—money he never received.
One of the suspects, 20-year-old Precious, admitted to her involvement, saying during the interrogation, “I sent someone to call her, then handed her over to the two boys, and they killed her with a cutlass.”
