The food I ate in your house is not for poor men – Governor Wike tells Peter Obi [video]


The executive governor of Rivers state Wike, has dispelled rumors that the Labour Party Presidential candidate Peter Obi, does not live a good life after tasting the food in the candidate’s home.

Obi who recently visited Port Harcourt for the commissioning of a new project by the Governor was met with fanfare and words of praise by Wike himself.

Wike had said that Obi had been humiliated in the PPD and didn’t blame him for leaving to the Labour Party and running for presidency.

While commenting on Obi’s lifestyle, the governor revealed that he had been surprised when he visited his house and found that he had a penchant for the good things of life including the food which he said wasn’t for poor men.

Governor Wike said:

“I enjoyed you when I came to your house in Anambra, when people see you they think that you don’t like good things, you like good things, I went to your house, I just stayed in your house and looked around and I said this man you like good things o, even the food you served us is not is not poor man’s food, even the drinks, I was surprised and I told my colleague that so this man likes all these kind of good things but when he comes outside he will be doing like someone that wants to die”.
