The Pan Delta Forum (PANDEF) Youth Wing has given the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, a 48-hour deadline to apologize for making insulting remarks about the Ijaw nation and PANDEF leaders.
The youth wing’s national president, Doben Donyegha, expressed frustration over Wike’s comments, especially since they came less than 24 hours after PANDEF leaders met with President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Key Demands from PANDEF Youths:
1. Apology from Wike – They insist that he must publicly retract his statement.
2. Sack Wike from the Cabinet – They have urged President Tinubu to remove him from office, claiming they no longer trust him.
3. Investigate Wike’s Alleged Land Grabbing – They called on the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) to probe him over accusations of illegally acquiring land in the FCT.
