Popular professional wrestler and former World Wrestling Entertainment, WWE champion, Windham Rotunda aka Bray Wyatt, is dead.
The wrestler’s demise was announced by the company as they revealed that it happened on Thursday at the age of 36 in the United States.
The company made the announcement via a post on its verified Facebook page on Friday morning.
The post reads,
“WWE is saddened to learn that Windham Rotunda, also known as Bray Wyatt, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 24, at age 36.
“WWE extends its condolences to Rotunda’s family, friends and fans”.
The cause of death is yet to be revealed though it’s been disclosed that the wrestler had stepped away from the ring due to health challenges.
His death was however described as sudden, hinting that he had been recovering.
Wrestlers and fans have begun to send in their condolences.
